Internet Theology Resources:
Religious Education and Pastoral Ministry
- Catechism of the Catholic Church. Officially dated 1992,
copyrighted 1993. French appeared first. Afterwards back-translated into Latin
for the editio typica, and translated into various languages.
The English version in particular was problematic. Corrections to the editio typica were promulgated in 1997.
- Catholic
Scholars Online. Resources for Catholic home schooling.
- Congregation for Clergy
- Gerald Darring, Theology Library: Education. Directory of
Internet resources for Catholic educators. Official documents first, selected
other directories last. Darring teaches high school religion.

Question! [54K text, 15K graphics, 12K Flash]. Sunday School lessons. For

M.Div., and was minister of education for eleven years at Calvary Baptist
Church, Las Cruces, New Mexico.
- John Paul II, Catechesi Tradendae (1979)
- Kids'
Chronicle. Bible stories aimed at children ages 6-12. From the Rochester
diocesan newspaper. With lots of bright graphics. Updated weekly. Too wide
for smaller monitors, older Macs, and MSN TV. Byte size varies; on 1 August
2005, it was 100K text, 47K graphics.
- National Catholic Educational
Association. [26K text, 62K graphics]. Membership organization for
teachers and administrators in parochial and diocesan K-12 schools, and seminary

Sign Language. [3K text, 61K graphics].
- Bridges Across the Divide. An
outgrowth of a PFLAG (see below) mailing list, Bridges Across the Divide seeks
reconciliation between the Church and gays and lesbians, and between Christians
who disagree about homosexuality. Painful reading.
- Pbro. Dr. Alejandro W. Bunge. In Spanish.
Lecture outlines about canon law (PDF and PowerPoint), selected articles and
conference papers (PDF, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint). Also an archive of
Sunday homilies. Requires JavaScript. Bunge is professor of canon law at

Kubler-Ross's stages applied to survivors. Includes some prayers from
Pastoral Care of the Sick.
- Digital Liturgy.
Practical, aimed at parish ministers. Note to Netscape users: Do
not try to go to the index page. Doing so causes a general
protection fault, a core dump, and then shuts down your browser.
- Dignity/USA. Catholic organization

- Diocese of Saint Cloud,
Minnesota. Information on the local Catholic diocese and its ministries.
Somewhat hostile to text browsers, and too wide for smaller monitors.

The Rev. Fairchild is a minister in the United Church of Canada.
